Ya Allah Tuhanku seseungguhnya aku memohon kepadaMu, pilihkanlah bagiku mana yang baik bagiku menurut ilmuMu, dan aku memohon kepadaMu kekuatan dengan kodratMu, dan aku memohon dengan karuniaMu yang besar, karena sesungguhnya Engkau mengetahui sedangkan aku tidak mengetahui dan Engkaulah yang mengetahui segala perkara. Ya Allah Tuhanku , jika memang telah Engkau ketahui bahwa perkara ini baik bagiku dalam urusan penghidupan adan agamaku serta akibat urusanku, maka takdirkanlah ia untukku dan mudahkanlah ia bagiku, serta berkatilah bagiku di dalamnya. Tetapi jika Engkau ketahui bahwa perkara ini buruk bagiku dalam hidupku serta akibat urusanku, maka hindarkanlah ia bagiku dan ajuhkan pula aku dari padnya. Dan takdirkanlah kebaikan bagiku di mana saja adanya, lalu jadikanlah hatiku mengikhlaskannya.
